Interdigitated carbon electrode

DRP-IDEC500-U50

Description

Interdigitated electrodes (IDE) are electrochemical platforms that include two interdigitated electrodes. The variation on the material of the electrode and the size and the separation of the digits makes them suitable for different applications. This model is composed by 3 carbon digits on each side with a line/width of 500 microns.

Features

Number of WEs: 2 WE
Working electrode material: Carbon

Main features:

Single to use sensors that eliminate the electrode maintenance. Specially designed to work with microvolumes, this inexpensive miniaturized solution presents high reproducibility making them ideal for working in decentralized assays or to develop (bio)sensors in environmental, clinical or agri-food areas.

Possible applications:

The interdigitated configuration typically enhances sensitivity and detection limits. They are suitable for decentralized assays, to develop specific (bio)sensors, gas sensors, conductivity measurements and other electrochemical studies.

Packaging: 50 units per pack
Storage: At room temperature, protected from light in a dry place.
Suitable connectors: CAST, I-CAST, CASTDIR, CAC, CAC4MM, DSC, DSC4MM, CAST1X8
