Determination of hydrogen peroxide in milk

PL8

Description

Laboratory kits for educational purposes that allow students with or without electrochemical experience to complement their academic programs by an inquiry-based learning on research experiences.

Features

Additional information:

Hydrogen peroxide can be found in milk at different stages of its processing. Despite this, the addition of peroxide to milk in any concentration is not allowed in many countries including EU. This is the reason why developing economical and accurate devices for the determination of its existence in the whole line of milk processing must be done.

The main objectives of this laboratory kit are the establishment of a calibration curve, analysis of the analytical performance of the sensor and evaluation on the precision of the assay for the determination of hydrogen peroxide in milk.
